Banh Mi in Edmonton

So my better half is in Edmonton for the better part of a week,
and I hear that Edmonton has good banh mi.
any suggestions?

I prefer V Sandwiches on Rice Howard way (downtown) and soon to be whyte Ave.

Does anyone remember Saigon Givral on 110 and Jasper.... whhhhhy did it shut :( Sooo saaad, best banh mi ever!

I second V Sandwiches. Their bread is fantastic!! I usually go with the Sate Beef, and it is great.
