Where to buy Split-Top Rolls?

Anyone know where to buy Split-Top Rolls in the metro Phoenix area.
I can't figure out how to make a good Lobster roll without them.

Try calling Von Hanson's in Chandler. I haven't been in there in probably a year but I seem to remember seeing them there in the past.

I called Von Hansen's - they said they do not carry them. But now I want to go there to get some bacon, love their bacon, among other things!

Probably a poor substitute, but I was planning on using split French rolls & cutting the sides off so I can still butter & griddle them to similar effect.

I have also been searching for split top hot dog buns for quite some time now. In the past, I've always just toated the sides in butter as if they were split top buns and then filled them with the lobster; resulting in a lobster roll with a buttered and toasted top and bottom instead of toasted sides. I think that I may just approach one of the area producers directly (Holsum, etc) and see if I can obtain the buns uncut and then slit them down the top myself. I'll keep you posted...
