Pesto Lasagna

Who makes one? And of those who do, which one would you recommend?

    The only place I have seen it so far is Whole Foods at the District Marketplace in Tustin.

      The only place I can recall having it is Wildflour Pizza on Main St. in Santa Monica.

      Lasagna without protein is pretty underwhelming ... for a vegetarian main dish I'd rather have pesto tossed with spinach linguine any day.

        I suppose if one added enough cheese and bechemal sauce, it would be hearty enough.
