Restaurant Recs for two this week

  • 1

I am looking for a restaurant to go to dinner with my boyfrind this week. Nothing too fancy, but casual chic (or at least a cool atmospere); I went to plenty of very fancy restaurants as a kid and am looking for a more relaxed but hip atmosphere (not stuffy). I would say around $50pp or less not including drinks or tip. Anything goes for him in terms of food as long as it is good and pretty much the same for me (although I would prefer to avoid japanese - unless there are many non-sushi options that are good).

My target area is the UESl But I am willing to travel.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciatedl.

  1. We really loved Babbo a lot. Buddakan is really hip and fun. Good food. Always gets good reviews. Momofuku Saam Bar is amazing and a really enjoyable hip dining experience.

Max Brenners is a really fun place for dessert.
