What is the casual mexican place on the water next to the Ferry Building?

I had the best fish tacos in my life at this low-key restaurant next to the Ferry Building. I think the restaurant is named a woman's name. You order from in front of a steam table and pay at the register at the end of the line. The food is served on plastic plates. If you eat outside you are in danger of losing your lunch to seagulls and other birds. Do you know the name of this restaurant?

Also, it is NOT in the ferry building it is just west of it.

West of the Ferry Building is the sidewalk and the street.

      2. Tulio's Southwestern Grill (formerly Pancho Villas) has closed but was right next to the Ferry Building. Gott's Roadside (formerly Taylor's) occupies the NW corner of FB and serves fish tacos.

There are outdoor tables next to a parking lot. Looking towards the bay it is one the left side of the Ferry Building and the parking lot.

That's where Pancho Villa was located. The parking lot has not be in use for several years.
