tripe or tongue for lunch near 5th and 60th?

I have a dentist appointment tomorrow at E. 60th just off of 5th. My ideal reward for what will be a painful experience (and I'd like to do the reward beforehand in case I can't eat after) would be a lunch with either of my two favorite forms of offal: tongue or tripe. In any form (from Chinese tripe-in-chile sauce to deli tongue sandwich). I have some time so can walk a bit but would like something not too far from that neighborhood.

Grand Sichuan at 2nd Ave and 55th actually serves both, together, in a cold, "ma la" beef tripe and tongue dish.
