ISO Hazelnut ice cream

foodie_mtl Jul 4, 2011 10:17 AM

Well the tittle sums it up. I used to really enjoy hazelnut ice cream for the last few years, I have not purchased or seen it.

There used to be brand that was sold at la vieille europe but I do not recall the name (something along the lines of mona lisa?)

Anyways, if anyone knows of any brands (or specifically the brand I am trying to remember), please let know.

Downtown area is preferable, but will travel if necessary!

I think the brand you are looking for is Ital Gelati: http://www.italgelati.com/

Hazelnut is a standard flavour for Italian ice cream. Any gelateria worth its salt should have it. I like the one at Roberto's.

YES. Thank you. That is the brand I was looking for. I didn't think of going to a gelateria.

I really like the hazelnut gelato at Juliette et Chocolat and at Mademoiselle Gabrielle (6220 rue St Hubert)
