Foodie visiting Paris in the fall... Grateful for input!
I will be in Paris in the fall for a week and the restaurants I'm considering are as follows (sorry for such a long list):
L'Ami Jean
Les Papilles
L'Astrance
Vivant
Saturne
Kei Restaurant
Spring
Josephine Dumonet
Rino
La Regalade Saint-Honore
Chez Janou
Petrelle
Le Souffle (I know - old-fashioned but I love souffles and I've been going for years!)
L'Avenue (easy lunch)
Dans Les Landes
Le Dauphin
Arpege
Thank you in advance for your comments!

Almost all of these restos have been commented numerous times. Please use the search function.
As for soufflés, I like La Cigale Récamier (Rue Récamier off Rue de Sèvres, 7th arr.) a lot better than Le Soufflé.
I'd skip L'Avenue unless you like spots to see and to be seen!

Chez Janou is good for atmosphere, circa the films of Marcel Pagnol. Food is nothing to write home about, unfortunately. Just came from a very enjoyable dinner at Philou, in the 11th, just off the Canal St Martin - 30 euros, 3 courses including a glass of wine...awfully nice. Also took some "picky eaters" to LRSH last week, which met with great success. Bon appetit!
