SUSHI grade fish in JERUSALEM???? where oh where can you be?

As a foodie new to jerusalem, i need to get my fooodie bearings.
i need to know where to buy sushi grade fish in jerusalem.
eating out is probably not going to happen. so i need GOOD fish
the better the hechsher the better!

    David Dagim is considered the best, freshest fish at the shuk. You need to ask for sushi grade fish when you are there. It is Rabanut, not mehadrin. But the thing with kosher fish is the worms,right? It seems to me that, if you are buying sushi grade, worms would not be an issue. It's not like they are using the knives for out and out non kosher such as shellfish, ch"s. Check with your CLOR to be sure.
