where can I buy dark rye flour in Montreal?
Hello. Does anyone know where I can buy dark rye flour in Montreal? I found the light rye at IGA Cavendish, but no dark rye. I am also looking for cracked wheat and wheat berries.

I don't know much about light vs. dark rye flour, but based off an image search, I'm pretty certain the La Milanaise rye flour I buy is the dark variety. You can buy it at Aubut and Merci. It also shows up in the organic section of Loblaws along with Bob's Red Mill rye flour. PA is also worth a shot for Bob's Red Mill and La Milanaise. Merci also sells the La Milanaise product in bulk*.
* I wrote bulk, but it's just repackaged in different size bags and sold at a different price per kilo depending on the size of the bag.

Check out this place in the Cote des Neiges area. My sister buys her breads there.
