Hidden gem near San Remo - La Vecchia Ostaia
I found two blogs about this place in my research but nothing on here, so thought I would post it.
La Vecchia Ostaia - it is a little place you can only get to after about 20 mins of winding roads, but it is worth it.
The gem of the kitchen is La Mamma who creates homely, delicious food. We went for the Menu Degustivo, for 35 E which gives you several antipastos, two pastas, two mains, salad, dessert, coffee, a bottle of water and a bottle of house red.
If you are ever in the area, I would highly recommend if your are looking for wholesome, simple yet delicious food.
