Catalina?
Looking for decent food in Avalaon but casual. We are going by boat to watch fireworks and looking for a good, quick meal.

Unlike days of old, most of Avalons restaurants are pretty darn good, but consider Armstrongs for fish, Steves for steaks, a very good place (forgot name) that is right on the right corner as you come off the green pier. Also, a great breakfast place that is about 5 doors up the street coming off the pier, on the left ( a guys name like Jack or ?)

re: Bruce Kerr
I also like Original Jack's Country Kitchen for a good breakfast open from 6:00 a.m. to 3 p.m. . For a quick bite try Busy Bee. Sandwiches, salads, burgers, fries. Right on the water. For Pizza ORIGINAL ANTONIO'S PIZZERIA & DELI is good.
