Good Chocolate
Does anyone know where I can buy some very good chocolate for baking. I live in tbe Montreal area. If there is a store outside of the area I would be interested.
Thanks.

Do you want Valrohna? It is available at Marche du Vrac @ Marche Atwater. I am sure other places sell it, but I have not looked since I live very close to Marche Atwater.
If cocoa barry or Callebaut would do, you can get that at Aubut, Myrand, Marche Atwater, Vixit, and a bunch of other places.
Or, you can go straight to the source in Ste-Hyacinthe. Never been, so, not sure if they sell to the public.
