Danville Virginia - Lunch Recommendations?

I'll be in Danville one day at lunch. Any recommendations?

I'm open to anything except Chinese.

    We've enjoyed Oak Tree Tavern at Virginia International Raceway (VIR) when my husband is there racing, though if there's a track event going on they may be charging an entry fee to the grounds. I'll also add the caveat that the times I've eaten there I've been positively starving, so anything probably would have tasted pretty good!
