What Are Your Top Restaurants That Don't Yet Have a Post of Their Own on This Board as of 6-30-11?

Hi All,

I just posted a lot of nice stuff about Arepera Guacuco in another post about Top 5 Restaurants when it occurred to me that Arepera Guacuco doesn't have its own post on this board (i.e., one where the original posting is about the restaurant in question).

I know this happens occasionally and was wondering what restaurants other Chowhounders believe are worthy of an original posting.

Mine would be:

Saraghina
Egg
Dumont on Union Avenue (though Dumont Burger DOEs have its own post)
Minangasli (and probably Mie Jakarta in the same post since they're so close to one another and are different facets of Indonesian)
Tournesol

Love to hear what everyone thinks. Better yet, if there's a restaurant you really think deserves the attention, write an original post about it.

Franny's... There is one thread asking about portion size and another asking for a back up restaurant.. But nothing on Franny's.. I have been there twice in the last week. It's one of the best places in BK
