my friend just brought some up from Oregon to Vancouver BC for us - she usually shops at Trader Joes so maybe that is where she got it but I did not ask for confirm on this. regardless, it is amazing. I had not heard of this before but looking at their site, it appears to be an "industrial" cheese made in the US and not in Italy.
