Restaurant Depot's Sweet Potato Fries

Has anyone else tried these? They might be the best things known to man. I make mine all the time but these have a crispy light crust and not mushy at all. Only downside is you must deep fry them to get that consistency but worth every minute of it.

There is a restaurant depot near my house in hackensack, NJ but they are all over the northeast...

I thought that only businesses could become restaurant depot members. I don't think they're open to the public at large. It's like a costco for people with business Tax ID numbers.

yes you need to have business to access restaurant depot. But if you can get in there their sweet fries are fantastic.
