Molecular Gastronomy Tools In London

Anyone have any ideas where to get some MG tools and ingridients here? I'm close to Ascot.

I think it was Waitrose I was in the other day where I saw Xanthan Gum for sale. For some of the more obsucre hydrocolloids, you'll probably need to order online.

I'd try MSK or cream supplies (strange name, but they're pretty good!)

Are you looking for cooking kits? If so, there are tons of websites in the UK selling them. Just Google.

No I'm looking for the different molecular ingridients. There seems to be only one or two online sites. Any actual stores?

          This website has some information:

Google 'molecular cooking ingredients.' There seem to be some places listed but it seems difficult to get those chemicals and things except for gelatine.
