Did I imagine this place?

I was walking down 6th Avenue in the W. Village and saw a place called "something something Snowballs" the somethings of course being words I do not remember.

As I saw through the window (the store was closed) that they served snowballs with Tiger's Blood syrup, it is VERY IMPORTANT that I get this information.

Does anyone know what this place is called as google takes me straight to a pet salon with search terms "nyc snowballs"?

I tried a snowball with a friend from New Orleans a few days ago -- the Dreamsicle, I believe. It was delicious and really hit the spot on a sweltering summer day. It's a great alternative to the myriad ice cream, yogurt and gelato joints in the neighborhood. The adorable girl who runs the shop was a sweet as could be and really won me over. I hope this place suceeds.

Can understand why you didn't remember the two other words; I think the spot is: Imperial Woodpecker Sno-balls. Looks like a great spot! Here's an article in NY Mag: http://newyork.grubstreet.com/2011/06...
