El Salchichero in Santa Cruz [split from LA]

Have you had a chance to try El Salchichero in Santa Cruz yet?

  1. yes, Chris is a young inspired chef who worked for manresa. I was talking to him last year about the opening of his new shop. He sells his salumis at the farmers market. What a fantastic place he had built. OMG ! He loves what he does. All the animals are from local farms and you can get nose to tail. I love this place.

      The shop was still in the process of construction last year so we've been biting at the bit to try his goods. Any favorites so far? Thanks

        love his lamb also the merguez sausage.,pate campagnolo. and there is a mousse I want to try wrapped with Caul Fat. Lot's to try here
