Sea urchins and cucumber

Where to get sea urchin 'roe' (need some) and sea cucumber(never had it) around Edmonds ?

    Sea urchin season is winter, so if you do find it, it may not be the best.

      99Ranch has frozen sea cucumber. I have seen whole sea urchins on ice at HMart, though that is not a regular item. Either may have the roe (neatly arranged in a wooden box?), but I haven't look for that (well outside my normal budget).
