great tostada

Where in the general San Fernando area can I find a great tostada that isn't all watery and mushy? It seems that most restaurants don't properly dry the lettuce and the bottom of the tostada is a pile of mush. Any suggestions?

Also, the family just opened another restaurant on Reseda Blvd called Senor Sol. Same great food, and tostadas.

Don't know if you have been to any of the Las Fuentes family of Mexican restaurants or not, but Melody's Mexican Kitchen has very good tostadas.
