The pancakes and cornmeal jonnycakes with apple wood smoked bacon were very tasty but I had to whip out my own flask of real maple syrup. Yea, I know it's tacky but I hate the fake stuff! When the owner/manager asked how the food was I suggested that they offer real maple syrup, charge extra if they must, and I got a long lecture about how expensive it is and how they couldn't! For lunch, I like their burger, thick and tasty patty, cooked as you order it. They didn't give me a hard time when I ordered it rare.
