Napa Wine Tastings Saturday After 6:00pm?

Is it possible to arrange for a Napa wine tasting on a Saturday evening 6:00 - 7:00pm?
All of the wineries I've checked are only available in afternoons...

My hope is to bring 8 business associates for a wine tasting before dinner.
We are having a car service take us from SF to the Napa area at 5:00pm

I would suggest contacting the specific winery (ies) you might be interested in directly and let them know what you are interested in. Most of them have special events planners on staff who set up just such events.

Ceja in downtown Napa is open until 8:00 p.m. on Saturdays.

Otherwise your best bet is to go through a concierge service that had relationships with wineries who might be willing to have staff late.

I'm afraid I have no recommendations for a Concierge service but Google produces a decent list. I tend to do my own concierge service and following along what ChefJune said and just call myself as I have relationships with a number of wineries...
