Road Trip from DC to Daytona

Gonna be driving down to the Daytona area over the July 4th weekend.
Need, or would like, recomendations for Steaks, Burgers, Pho, and local treats to chew on.
Also area flea markets, farmers markets, worth a trip to poke around and gawk.

If you have made the journey up and back, which road spots are worth stopping at along the way?
