Modern Greek Cuisine - need cookbook advice!

I'm looking for a GREAT cookbook for Greek cuisine, not necessarily the absolute most authentic recipes of old, but a modern take. If anyone is familiar with the Bay Area upscale Greek restaurants of Kokkari or Evvia, that's what Im aiming for. A healthy twist would be a bonus but is not necessarily a requirement! Thanks in advance...

My favorite Greek cookbook is The Olive and the Caper.

I wholeheartedly agree with rasputina. The Olive and the Caper is the best Greek cookbook I have come across. Within it you will find recipes as delicious as what you would find at Kokkari.

I have never heard of Ewia. Where is that and how does it compare to Kokkari?
