Underground dining in Harrisburg ?

I'm sure you know this now, but I followed the thread and it seems the blogger was a chef who lived in PA, but moved (very happily) out of the area this fall.
That said, I would truly love to see something like this occur. Would love if we could make it happen!

Welcome to the area, I don't know if we could get enough people but I'd be up for it. We do have the advantage of great farm ingredients in the area. BTW, there are some great places in Lancaster for dining (I saw your other post)
