Looking for neat places to eat with teenage daughters

My two teenage daughters (13 &16) and I are coming to Ottawa for the first four days of the Bluesfest ( July 5-9) so I'm looking for some suggestions for interesting and tasty spots to eat. My girls are pretty food adventurous, and we're staying at an apartment near the Byward market, but we'd be interested in maybe taking some daytrips if there are some spots outside of town.

Hi Paul, the Ontario board seems to focus heavily on Toronto, you may want to ask on a forum that is dedicated to Ottawa.

http://ottawafoodies.com/ was the website which guided me through my first year in Grad school. Even tough I got some good recommendation from Chowhound.
