Re: Manville Barbeque

I went to Manville Barbeque the other day with some friends. We had a great meal. This food was cooked with love.

It is Urugauyan style barbeque. The meat is slow roasted over charcoal. There was a great chimichurri and awesome homemade sausages. We ate a blood sausage that was fantastic. It is takeout/sitdown restaurant with great prices and huge portions. I would recommend table service. The owner Rick used to be a head waiter at a Italian restaurant in Manhattan.

The restaurant is right on Main St, across from Midtown Deli if you are familiar with Manville.

I agree, my only regret is that I cannot dine there enough!
