CHers, plan my trip!

I'm coming to Vegas for the 5th time in a few weeks and would like to go to places I haven't been to yet. I have my usual spots and tend to go back to the same places.

We'll be staying at the Cosmopolitan, and I'd like to go to Jaleo, Scarpetta, and Lotus of Siam (4 times in Vegas and I've never been!). Going from Saturday to Wednesday.

I'm not a huge seafood person, would like to keep prices reasonable (no more than 100 p.p. a night)...but other than that we aren't picky.

Ok. Here is THE deal. I'm in Vegas now. Go to Charlie palmers (four seasons top end steak house) and get the "cut of the week"deal. Search the web for examples of past menus. Great food at unbelievable deal. $48. Gets you first, main, and desert. And unlimited wine to go with the first two courses. Seriously this is great food at a unreal price in a very upscale setting. Free valet parking. And they are a 1000 point restaurant on open table.......

I went the first time last night, and from now on, half my Vegas dinner meals will be here.

if you have a car for a week Rosemary's seems like a natural.

Absolutely 2nd that emotion. Certainly one of the better fine dining experiences in LV, and arguably the best value. Can't imagine being in town and not paying at least 1 visit, if not several.
