We're going to be in Rome this weekend and are looking for a good chowhound place to eat on SUNDAY. In checking, all places on my list (Teddy's,Franklyn Hotel) are not open on Sunday. We are looking for a place for lunch. The Savoy opens later in the afternoon.
Any ideas! I also can't find anything decent between Rome and the eastern suburbs of Syracuse.

The Beeches Inn serves breakfasts and brunch on Sundays.

Turning Stone Casino is not very far south of Rome, close to the Thruway entrance if you are driving to Syracuse, and offers a variety of food options. http://www.turningstone.com/dine/
