Where to go for brunch on 4th of July?

Does anyone know of a place, preferably near Center City, that serves brunch on Mondays that are holidays (such as the 4th of July)? We'll be visiting and would like to sleep in and still get a yummy brunch before we hit the road to come back home.

Check the Dandelion which adjusts its menu on holidays. As it will be a bank holiday they will be also serving their roast and yorkshire pudding. Make a reservation.. Philadelphia is crazy on the 4th.
