  1. Maybe you are trying to save postage but you can definitely buy it online either through amazon or directly from the cafe du monde web site.

I wonder if any place in the RTM carries it.

I'd be willing to bet that Wegman's has it. If anyone in RTM has it that would be Jonathan Best (unless they have it at Beck's).

A cursory search of both the Wegmans and Whole Foods website suggests that neither have them. I wonder if any specialty food stores carry it. Beignet in general are not hard to make so you migh just consider finding a recipe or posting a request for a recipe on the appropriate CHOW board. But mail order might be your easiest route.

    2. You can try Williams-Sonoma, they usually have mixes like that.

I know I've seen it somewhere around town...DiBruno's? I Just can't remember where.

      2. How about a recipe...No Mix Needed.
        There are several up there

If ya want the mix go to the source it will be fresher.

regarding whole foods and william sonoma I would call your local ones and ask...Wegmans Pfft! Forget it. If you have any gourmet stores near you call them too.

here's the google link to the base search depending on your location

I know it's obnoxiously long or google "gourmet food stores Philadelphia area"

        Good Luck!

        1. Try Reading Terminal Market too
