The Original Pancake House in Redondo Beach on PCH has some great crepes including their Cherry Kijafa Crepes filled and topped with Montmorency cherries simmered in Kijafa sauce and lightly dusted with powdered sugar. Yum.

crepes are back.
my personal favorite is La Petite Creperie in Mar Vista—had a sublime gallette w/ mushrooms and gruyere plus they're all French and serve french press coffee. can't go wrong.
http://www.lpcmarvista.com/there's Harajuku, a Japanese-style crepe place in BH that I haven't tried yet—it's on that stretch of SM Blvd. near Canon that's impossible for parking—but have heard good things.
http://www.harajukucrepe.us/neither place uses Stouffers though, which may be a deal breaker.....

There was a recent thread on this that might give you some ideas.

There is also a really good crepe restaurant in Pasadena, Creme de la Crepe.
Here is a review I recently wrote on a new restaurant in Monrovia at which they serve crepes.
