Any recomendations where I can enjoy a good selection and the possibility to smoke a cigar in Tokyo?

Chardonnay in Omotesando, Le Connaiseur in Roppongi or Shibuya, or Maduro at the Grand Hyatt for the music, or New York Bar at the Park Hyatt for the view. For old-time, old-fashioned, the Imperial Bar is a good location too. The first two have the best selection and they are ultra meticulous on the care and feeding of their cigar stock, their drink selection, and the side dishes that go with the drinks and cigars. The other places are more lively people watching, but the cigar selection is limited.

Second everything Uncle Yabai said. Le Connaisseur and Chardonnay are also very good for the distillates to enjoy with your cigar - nice whiskey and rum selections.

Thank you both for those recomendations. I might want to try both Chardonnay and Le Connaisseur.

do - they are quite different from each other so worth trying both. If i had to judge though, Con is better even though it is a chain.

Roysen, as your choices are in Ginza for dinner, you might enjoy a nearby bar (a cigar bar ?), with more choices of drinks than cigars. It is 'il bar Bulgari'. Being non-smoker, difficult for me to give comments on such place though. Anyway, who doesn't like Ginza at night ? That bar has such a view ... on 2 buildings !!
