Sunday brunch in Carroll Gardens

Open to suggestions for Sunday brunch (for this Sunday) in the Carroll Gardens area. Thoughts on Chestnut, Buttermilk Channel and Cafe Luluc ae welcome, as are suggestions for other possibilites.

Thanks, everyone. These look great. I'm thinking Cafe Luluc (which does not accept reservations) or Prime Meats (haven't searched whether or not they accept reservations) might work.
Since these are all within walking distance of each other (including Chestnut,...Buttermilk is a bit further) if one place is too crowded, we'll go elsewhere.

I'm not a brunch person, but we had dinner several times at both Buttermilk Channel and Chestnut and both restaurants have been quite good. I think I would prefer Buttermilk Channel for the food, but my guess is that, unless they take brunch reservations, there could be a serious wait there, while Chestnut should be less crowded.

I think Cafe Luluc has the best pancake I've had in New York (and that's including Clinton St)
