Yes, I know, "if the BBQ is so good you don't need sauces." I got that, but are there any sauces that's not too sweet and you can buy it form the local markets? name brand or not, it does not matter. What are some of your preferences?
I keep a quart of Dreamland BBQ sauce in my refrigerator myself.http://www.dreamlandbbq.com/Catalog/C...
i like blacks original pepper sauce. its vinegar based and fairly spicy. Franklin's espresso sauce is very good, but not sure if they sell it
Franklin doesn't sell their sauce, but they will give you extra when you sak for it as you check out.
The wife and I have an Espresso sauce jar we keep in the fridge.
The only bottled sauce I'll buy is Fredericksburg Farms' Texas Firepit Bar-B-Q Sauce. It's not sweet and is a bit spicy. You can get it at Central Market for sure.
I love Salt lick's sauce. It's good on everything. More mustardy than a traditional sauce.
