Chill, Relaxed Bar in Lower Westchester

I love getting completely bombed with my friends and falling down once I get outside as much as the next guy, but I would love to find a place that isn't a dive bar but I can sit and have a scotch (or martini) and chill with some interesting music. I also like run-on sentences.

I also don't want to pay $31 for a Macallan or anything like that!
