Breakfast in HK (TST area)

NP2 Jun 21, 2011 08:25 AM

Hi! As I'm planning a dining trip, I found I need more recommendation for nice comfort food for breakfast around TST area. I'm thinking tofu shop, congee, or wontan noodle.

Here are what on my list currently for lunch and dinner:
- Sweet Dynasty (TST)
- Bo Innovation
- High Tea at Four Seasons
- Robuchon a Galera (Macau)
- Tim Ho Wan
- Chinese Restaurant at Kimberley Hotel

Thanks a lot!

Thank you everyone! I'll be in HK next week...so excited!
Luther- the soy milk sounds indeed interesting. I have been trying to find a place doing salty soy milk for so long.

Klyeoh- awesome if I could get Mak's noodle before catching the ferry. I'll check if it's still there.

Charles- that's easy to follow recom and make all perfect sense ;)

There are tons of choices around the ' Kimberley St /Granville Rd/ Cameron Rd' area. Just get up a bit earlier, walk around and head inside one with lots of customers!

I'm wondering if the TST branch of Mak's Noodles is still around there:
        33 Canton Rd
        Shop C03
        2/F Gourmet Express
China Ferry Terminal (China Hong Kong City building)
        Tel: 2730 0710.

It's been a while since I was last there (grabbed a bowl of wantan noodles before I caught the ferry to Macau then) - it opened from 7am onwards. I

Not traditional HK style but you might enjoy this Shanghai style noodle shop for sweet and salty soy milk, noodles, and various portable rice and flour based snacks
