Californian in search of best Californian Pizza in NYC!
Assuming that your definition of a good California-style pizza is similar to mine (thin crust with a puffy, blistered edge, highly developed gluten, unconventional toppings, seasonal if possible, with the standard-bearers being Pizzaiolo in Oakland and Pizzeria Mozza in LA), my vote goes to Motorino's brussel sprout and pancetta pizza.
