Duck fat city - what next?

I'm 3 months now in a Dallas hotel suite with no outdoor grilling capability but a decent kitchen and I bought kitchen stuff. I have by serendipity unlimited duck fat, which I have learned is cool stuff. I have a lot of duck fat. I duck fat veggies, mushrooms, pasta, pan fried burgers and other meat, I duck fat my mexican veracruz sauce. I am duck fatted out. I am ready to grow feathers, lay green eggs, shit on a golf course, and hope for rainy days.
What should I start doing, stop doing, or do differently, with duck fat? Thanks.

Popcorn! Instead of butter. Add a little salt. Pretty great.

Smashed new potatoes par cooked, smashed a little, drizzle duck fat and return to over for half an hour (or more 'til crispy).

Fried chicken too. (soak it overnight in buttermilk, then a batter and fry it up in duck fat. Yum.)

I have no suggestions, but I'm laughing out loud at your description.

I think ips' suggestion of laying off for a few days is probably a good one...just put the fat in a jar in the fridge -- it'll keep just a few days short of forever.

Go cold turkey for about a 1 week.

You need what we addicts call DFD (aka "Duck Fat Detox").

          God speed.

This was the ultimate corned beef hash and eggs.
