Help with White Sangria
After trying an amazing White Sangria at an excellent tapas bar called "Ñ" on Crosby Street NYC, I have been trying to create something as delicious at home - without much success.
Anyone share a fondness for White Sangria and have a recipe to share ?

I usually make Sangria by the half bottle since my SO does not like wine. For white, I mince 1/2 apple, 1/2 pear, and add some peach or peach nectar. I give this a quick few pulses of the blender to release some apple juice. I also add a jigger of Calvados but that is just me wanting a bit more POP. Add your wine, some ice and voila.

re: budnball
i will either go for the citrus, stone fruit ,or the apple/pear (pending the wine i use). my version..... i do a large dice and create a simple syrup from whichever fruit i use. club soda and (or sprite if i go citrus) a little brandy, schapps, or whatnot. all depends on flavor profile.
