Cooking pollock filets

I have some frozen pollock filets and need some recipe suggestions. Last ones I cooked just fell apart in the skillet.

Pollock, esp. the Alaskan variety, flakes easily.

I would suggest breading them and making fish sticks, or perhaps chopping them up and making fish cakes of some sort. I love making Dongtaejeon out of frozen pollock.

If you want to cook them whole, unadulterated, try steaming them, or better yet slow poach them in some olive oi.
