How Long will Goat Cheese Pesto Last in Fridge?
I am planning on making pasta with goat cheese pesto this week, and wanted to make the pesto in advance. The recipe I am using is for pesto with walnuts, mint, olive oil, and goat cheese added at the end. If I make the whole thing, how long would people say it will last in the fridge? I was planning on doing a few days in advanced. I suppose I could also make it without the goat cheese and add that on the day of preparing the dish, but I'm not sure if that's necessary.
