Sunday brunch June 19: is La Mansion the most knocked out?

An eccentric friend is stopping over tomorrow at the airport in Rockwall. I'm in Addison. We want a long, slow killer brunch. I made a knee jerk reservation at La Mansion. He has to fly home thusly he can't drink; I can and will. What is the best? Thanks, sorry for short notice.
