Bathurst and King - Please help

I'm going on a first date ruesday night with a girl that lives at Bathurst and king. I'd like to take her somewhere cool and fun for a drink but defiantly not pretentious. If the weathers nice, it would be great if it had a good patio. HELP! Please

Niagara Street Cafe is great and has a wonderful patio.

416 Snack Bar - just north of Queen on the east side of Bathurst. Happening vibe, great music, cocktails and reinterpreted snack sized street food. Go for the steamed pork buns and bone marrow and parsley salad on toast. No patio, but the big front window opens up when the weather is warm.

Wait though are you talking just drinks? Or dinner too?

I would recommend the Old York at Niagara and Wellington. It's a relaxed neighbourhood bar with good food and it's easy to get a place on the patio.

I recommend Buca (no patio) or Le Select Bistro for a first date!

Yep, it's out front and has a nice casual feel to it.

How far from King and Bathurst are you willing to travel? You've got all of Ossington within walking distance and all of downtown as well, easily accessible by transit.
