Recipe for Pulled Pork Croquette?

I saw that a restaraunt is serving Pulled Pork Croquettes. Does anybody have a recipe for these? I cant find one anywhere.

  1. Do you have a more detailed description ? There are many ways of binding the filling for croquettes, but most get the 3 step coating; flour/egg/crumbs

        Sounds like Pulled pork bound with a little sauce. Too bad they couldn't tell if the binder was bechamel or a brown sauce or something else.
        I'll bet you could work it out by looking at a number of croquette recipes and experimenting.
        Most croquettes are pretty simple.

          Would a thick BBQ sauce be enough of a binder?

            I would think not but I do not like those thick BBQ sauces (tomatoey and sweet). I would think that it would mask the flavor of the pork.
            Are you making you own pulled pork? If so You could just make a thick roux based sauce from the juice rendered from the butt. mix it with the shredded meat and do the 3 step breading.
