In my mind, raclette is a winter food...and It is now summer. Anyway, make your own....you can rent a raclette grill and get the cheese at Morgan and York in Ann Arbor, plus get whatever toppings you are looking for. Have fun!

Sorry should have been more specific. I am looking just for the cheese. Semi-firm, cow's milk cheese from the Valais Canton of Switzerland.

As Mom notes, it's available at Morgan and York; it's even shown on their website: www.morganandyork.com/product.php?pro...

I've actually bought raclette at Meijer, too, in addition to M&Y. In winter though, not now. Not sure it's widely available now.

There is a raclette "factory" at Black Star Farms on the Leelanau Peninsula. Black Star Farms produces some excellent wines as well as having a "deluxe" tasting room. Have fun!

I'm in Columbus, but I get my cheese at Whole Foods. They sometimes have it. I would assume Whole Foods in Southeastern Michigan carries a similar (probably larger) range of cheeses.
