Fort worth BBQ

We will be down from Canada in a week and I am in desperate need of a BBQ fix (born and raised in Texas, lost in the frozen north). I have my Fort Worth City magazine BBQ recommendations... Cooper's, Angelo's, Sammy's, Cousin's, The Smoke Pit, Bailey's. I have been to Railhead many times and like it, not that impressed with Riscky's from two experiences. We have a week to make it through the list. Anything I'm missing? Any nixes on the list? Finally, just read about jalapeno sausage. Would anyone know where I could get some?? Wow, is this going to be great!!

    1. I liked the no frills of Jesus BBQ near Rahr Brewery.

Daniel Vaughn gave Jesus BBQ a ** rating out of ******.

I believe there are better choices than that.

Eh, maybe an off day. I enjoyed what I had. It's a bit different, but vive la différence. What I had rocked it. I love and respect Daniel but tastes do vary.

      2. Anyone been to Uncle Willie's or Off the Bone??
