Lunch spot in the Pocono's?

We're driving from New York City to Ithaca and wondered about a good lunch spot along the way? Possibly something in the Pocono's. Our preference is a local place, not a chain, with great food.

    It's been a few years since I've been to the Pocono's, but our favorite was always the Blakeslee Inn, in Blakeslee Pa. It's an old style Inn, but if my memory serve me, the food was terrific!
